On this particular job, we sent our technician to his own home. We received a call from his wife stating that one of the toilets in their home was clogged and not flushing. They have two little ones at home and she suspected that one of them may have been a little mischievous and flushed something down it.
Sure enough, he augured the toilet and retrieved a plastic farm animal toy from it, to which his daughter told him she had flushed. Much to their relief, the toilet was now working fine. And his daughter was quite happy to have the missing piece of her farm back!
