After seeing the successful results of our work at a neighbor’s home, this homeowner contacted us to resolve issues with their sewer system.
We quickly responded by rodding the sewer from the exterior clean-out located at the front corner of the property. Using both 3-inch and 4-inch heads, we carefully cleaned the line, running 85 feet to the backyard clean-out and an additional 105 feet to the municipal sewer.
During the process, we discovered and cleared a significant amount of root intrusion, particularly around the 60-foot mark. To prevent future blockages and ensure the sewer remains in top condition, we recommended yearly rodding as part of a proactive maintenance plan.
By tackling the root problem early and offering ongoing support, we were able to protect the homeowner from potential sewer issues and costly sewer repairs.
